Deb on the dog sled
Yes, Debi went dog sledding near Fairbanks, Alaska and it was about 10 BELOW ZERO that day. It
was their coldest day while they were in Alaska. They dressed her up really good though. She had a
blast, AND she said she even wants to come back again.

Fun with Lon & Deb
We had fun going down to Whittier and showing them the blue ice from the glacier. It took Deb a little while to realize what she was looking for, and once she saw it she "loved it."
We took them to a refuse farm where we could see some of the animals up close. It was a good thing we did, then they got a better idea of what the animals looks like that live up here. Actually... the Elk, pictured here, really isn't native to Alaska, but he was sure pretty.
Deb loved the "blue ice" once she realized that it was a piece of the Glacier.
