More new babies

I finally was able to capture the little duckies.
This is such a pretty little lake. I rode my bike around it today. There was even a sign that said to be careful, because of a momma moose and 2 babies. I didn't see her today, and that was ok with me.

It was such a beautiful day, today. It's good therapy for me to walk or ride my bike. We mowed our grass and fertilized again this weekend. I guess we didn't quit put enough on it last time, or it's just taking extra long to come out of the winters nap.
I'm trying to loose about 20 lbs. before I go to Colorado the last of July for my family reunion, so I got my trusty little pedometer and so far have about 7200 steps today. Yesterday, I was about 6500+, so if I increase a little each day, that's a good thing.
I'm just sitting outside right now enjoying the cool, 65 degrees and listening the the birds and a squirrel talking.

Puppies, puppies, and more puppies!

Puppy love, this was my favorite little girl.
They loved my feet too. :)

Aaaawww, the comfort of brothers and sisters.

My friend, Lori, Burnese Mountain Dog had 10 puppies 3 weeks ago. I had to go see them today. It was sooooo much fun. I got my puppy therapy for sure. Usually they have between 5-8, so 10 is pretty awesome and they are all beautiful and healthy! Oh my gosh, their little puppy breath and little teeth were so cute. I got there just in time to to help Lori bottle feed them. Then we actually burped them, just like a baby. It was so fun.
She has 6 other adult Burners and has converted her down stairs into a nursery right now. She actually is sleeping on the hide-a-bed down there with them for a while. She also said that most of them are already spoken for, and will go to good homes, in a few more weeks. She has the shower and formula and everything right there. It was great!
She travels a lot with them to show them and has won many awards and ribbons! She's an amazing woman.

Beautiful Spring Flowers

I just couldn't resist sharing some of the beautiful plants and flowers we have right near our house. It's such a beautiful time of year. More to come late.
